Custom Pet Portrait – Polymer Clay Sculpture
Each piece is individually handcrafted using polymer clay and finished with acrylic paint and pastel detailing to capture your pet’s unique features and personality.
Because every piece is handmade, no two creations will be exactly alike. Please review the following information before placing your order!
♡ A Little About Your Custom Piece
- Each sculpture is handmade with care and attention to detail.
- I do my best to recreate your pet as accurately as possible, but slight variations in coloring and appearance are to be expected.
- Colors may vary slightly from your pet’s actual coloring due to differences in lighting, photographs, and the materials used.
- For the best results, please provide reference photos with natural lighting and minimal shadows.
♡ Reference Photos
You are welcome to send photos through Etsy messages, Instagram, or email—whichever is easiest for you!
Professional photos are not necessary. I simply need clear images that allow me to identify your pet’s key characteristics, markings, coloring, and features.
If your pet has an Instagram account, feel free to include their username in your order notes! I would love to look through their photos for additional reference.

♡ Important: Handmade & Fragile
These sculptures are decorative art pieces and are not indestructible. They are made of polymer clay and painted details, meaning they may chip or break if dropped, mishandled, or subjected to excessive force.
Please handle your piece with care.
Because these items are fragile, I strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your package. I am not responsible for damage, loss, or breakage that occurs during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file an insurance claim. You may also contact me with photos of the damage and the packaging so I can provide any information needed to assist with the claim.
Replacements or refunds will not be provided for damage that occurs during shipping or after delivery.
♡ Order Communication & Cancellation Policy
Buyers have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to provide reference photos, special instructions, or confirmation of their order.
If I do not receive any communication or confirmation within that 2-week period, the order will be canceled and a 100% full refund will be issued.
This helps ensure that every custom creation has the information needed to make it as special and personal as possible.
