Shipping policy

All orders are processed 2-3 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing time may differ based on orders on hand.

I do ship internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art by AlyssaJoy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Art by AlyssaJoy is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages. Please select the insurance add on if you would like to insure your package. Art by AlyssaJoy will not provide free replacements if a product is lost or stolen.
