How much are your pieces?

My pieces range in price depending on the size. Keychains are 35 and Magnets/Ornaments are 49.95. Any special orders outside of my standard pieces do fluctuate based on size and time to completion.

When is your next release date?

Release dates may vary. Art by AlyssaJoy is my second job and releases depend on current orders in progress and other outlying circumstances. I do try my best to hold sales every 2-3 weeks.

What are your pieces made of?

Pieces are made from polymer clay. Coloring is added with pastels and acrylic paint.

Are your pieces durable?

Custom pieces are durable to a point. When finished and baked, the clay becomes a hard substance. However, that does not mean they are indestructible. When it comes to custom pet sculptures, there are a lot of features (ears, tongues, teeth) that make the piece one-of-a-kind but also add fragility. When handled with care, my creations are durable. Orders will not be replaced if broken after being in the hands of buyer.

What's your refund policy?

If you do receive a piece broken or lost in the mail, I will replace the piece at a discounted price. Please refer to my policies for more information. 

I will not issue refunds if you are unhappy with your piece. I do send photos of each piece before completion to ensure it meets expectations. 

If work has not started on your piece and you wish to receive a refund, please let me know and I will be able to issue a refund.

What is your processing time?

 Processing time is between 2-3 weeks. This is from the time of placement until time of shipment.
